When did yall start noticing a difference? I mostly want my clothes to fit better. I have lost 8 pounds. So why are my pants still tight. This is only my 3rd week (excluding a really bad weekend). So shouldnt my pants quick being snug soon?

I'm down 25 and just getting into a smaller size, Every body is different. I am only dieting and if I did toning and cardio I might have seen the shrink faster, but I'm still happy. Give yourself some time and keep up the great work.

Different body types carry weight differently. I haven't lost that many pounds, but with all the additional exercise I've toned up a lot, and that affects how my clothes fit. Sometimes, you build up muscle (good) before the top layer of fat reduces, so you may feel a little bigger. But the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, and you'll see results more quickly eventually.

Weight loss isnt the same as fat loss. And depending where you store fat, it make take 20+ lbs. Now if you really just care about your look over your weight, then work body recomposition. If you conetrate on cutting fat, you will see increased results jn getting into smaller clothes. You so i with a small calorie deficit (20% less than tdee) and heavy strength training.

I lose at the extremities first and my waistline last... I was down a size or so after about 10-12 lbs.
