Mine is 23 and considered normal. When i started 19 pounds ago i was considered overweight. Glad Im finally average. Wat is your current BMI number?

I UNDERSTAND that BMI is not 100% accurate. BUT just like the scale, it is just something to show you are headed in the right direction.0

I started at 24.1 and now it's 23.5
I haven't lost too much weight yet but it's nice to see it coming down!

I don't think this measurement gives a good idea on my body,
but I do still like to see it go down :happy:0
