Might be a bit of a silly question - I'm in my last week of insanity but only recently got myself a HRM. Do I wear it during the abs workout? I ask because apart from the warm up you spend the majority of the time practically sat on the floor. Will a HRM accurately calculate the cals burned?

Can anyone personally recommend a 10k plan to follow? I can run a 10k distance - however, I've signed up for my first 10k race, and its an off road trail race too. I have approx 8 weeks to train and improve my time. There's so many 10k plans out there, I'm not sure which to go for.

I finished lvl 1 day 10 this morning.... I wanted to know if people recommend I measure and weigh before starting lvl 2? Also I originally was going to take pics after each lvl but thought is t better to do that after I've completed the whole thing, so I see a bigger difference?

You go very low down, nose touching/almost touching the floor? I've been improving my pushups, but don't go down THAT low. So we are having pork loin steaks today, usually I log anything like this when its cooked but I can't find a good option for it. Scanning the packet it lists it as 'raw as sold'. Does it make any difference logging it as this? Rather than as cooked?
