Yay! I managed over 5 min run (early into C25k)

So I am only on week 3, day 2. And did my two repetitions of 90 second run, 3 min run. When I was done I wanted to know what my speed was, so I turned on my running app and started running. I got to a hill and was going to stop, but pushed myself and got over it. When I stopped, I looked at my phone and I had done 5mins and 27 seconds at an average of 6.4mph.
I know this may sound pitiful (particularly to long distance runners) but it was such an achievment for me. Especially as I thought I was only just coping with the 3 min runs. Week 4 doesn't seem so scary now.

For others who are doing C25K, just remember you CAN push yourself that tiny bit more and it feels so goo when you do :)
