Both sweet & for dinner... Like what can I add to it before pouring over chicken, that the rest of the family will enjoy?

For sweet, all I do is add honey & fruit. Any other tips?

I have made this "tandoori" chicken recipe from Cooking Light for years. It is really good:

For sweet yogurt, I will mix in one or any combination of fruit, nuts, granola, honey or teaspoon of fruit preserves. Also, a quite of chocolate syrup is really good for a dessert, inspired by Stonyfield Farm's flavor called Chocolate Underground.

Thank you, I just found one for tikka chicken, will be cooking that soon.

The chocolate one sounds yum! :-)

Savoury: Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, herbs, maybe a little spicy mustard and use as a dipping sauce for baked fries, veggies, meat...

Sweet: Add cocoa powder (about 1 tsp for 1/2 cup yogurt) and sweeten to taste. I like the hershey special dark cocoa powder. 1 Tbsp is only 10 cal. and more than enough to curb my chocolate cravings :)
Or puree some fruit (canned works really well) and add to yogurt for some fruit yogurt without the chunks.
