Both sweet & for dinner... Like what can I add to it before pouring over chicken, that the rest of the family will enjoy?
For sweet, all I do is add honey & fruit. Any other tips?

I have made this "tandoori" chicken recipe from Cooking Light for years. It is really good:

For sweet yogurt, I will mix in one or any combination of fruit, nuts, granola, honey or teaspoon of fruit preserves. Also, a quite of chocolate syrup is really good for a dessert, inspired by Stonyfield Farm's flavor called Chocolate Underground.0 -
Thank you, I just found one for tikka chicken, will be cooking that soon.
The chocolate one sounds yum! :-)0 -
Savoury: Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, herbs, maybe a little spicy mustard and use as a dipping sauce for baked fries, veggies, meat...
Sweet: Add cocoa powder (about 1 tsp for 1/2 cup yogurt) and sweeten to taste. I like the hershey special dark cocoa powder. 1 Tbsp is only 10 cal. and more than enough to curb my chocolate cravings
Or puree some fruit (canned works really well) and add to yogurt for some fruit yogurt without the chunks.0
