Air-popped popcorn: popper only, or stove top, too?

When do you start a "new day"? Midnight or sleep?
I'm often up when midnight comes and goes. MFP starts a new day at midnight, but I can't decide if I want to track my food and exercise based on the day ends at midnight or when I go to sleep and start the new day when I wake up. Thoughts?! :) Catherine

Accurately categorizing my activity level
