so i have a (probably dumb) question
say theres a recipe that calls for 2 slices of bacon, diced and cooked. then it says cook veggies in the bacon grease. would i log the bacon slices, and the grease separately, or just as one thing, since technically the grease came from the bacon? *blushes and hides face*

need help figuring calories burned
Ok...so today i did 35 minutes on an elliptical machine..it asked for my weight/age and i entered it. After the workout it said my average heart rate was 160... and at highest point was 170. It said Calories burned 311. When i enter elliptical through the mfp app it says something like 560 cals burned...so im not sure…
