Body Media VS Polar
Why is my calorie burn SO different? My Polar today was 504 and BM was 397. I know that I can't expect perfection but, that is a big difference.

Changing macros with exercise....
Is there a way to stop it from doing this? I changed my macros in the custom area but, it doesn't really help me keep track when my numbers keep changing.

What do you feed your kids? My kids are getting sick of the same things, all the time. I need some fast and easy ideas. (healthy obviously). I prefer fresh foods....I know there has to be some "outside the box" ideas!

Cooking with EVOO and Tessemae (calories)
I am wondering if I cook with Tessemae or just plain EVOO if I should count the calories in full? The Tessemae I am using right now is somewhere around 100 calories a serving, but I drizzle that over some veggies in a pan and saute them....(same I would do with EVOO) should I count the calories in full or does it cook off??

ankle soreness, after plank work
So yesterday I did level 2 of RI30 and its a lot of plank work. The fronts of my ankles are sore this morning....is that a normal place to have soreness or should I be concerned? I've never had soreness there and I don't want an injury!!!
