Need some advice on workouts.....

I am 11 weeks postpartum from twins so I am just now really getting into some "harder" workouts. I started walking around 5 weeks postpartum and have gradually worked up. I had c-section and my scar re-opened at one point so I've had to take things pretty slowly.

Currently I am doing Weight Watchers....I know some think it isn't needed, but I love the online food tracking and the apps for my iPhone! I just started on Sunday and have had some issues with milk supply because I am nursing both babies exclusively. I'm having to be really careful to keep my calories high enough so that my milk supply doesn't plummet.

I have been running 3 miles mostly every day for about 2 weeks now and Sunday I added in Ripped in 30. I have been running the 3 miles mid afternoon and doing the Ripped in 30 at night. I have been dying to try Insanity, but we are being careful with money since we are anticipating a big move in the next few weeks. I found the "Fast and Furious" Insanity workout on Amazon for $22 so I bought that and it's coming tomorrow. I want to incorporate that in, but I'm not sure how. I don't *love* the Ripped in 30, but since I've started it I'd like to finish the 30 days as I'm about OCD with things once I start them.

I was thinking maybe doing running every day and then doing 3 days of Ripped and then 1 day of Insanity and then repeat that 3 ripped, 1 insanity and so on. Does that sound OK or should I do it another way? I typically do 1 rest day a week.

My goals are really to lose the last 10lbs of pregnancy weight and TONE up. I would like to lose another 15lbs after that.

Thanks!!!!!!!

No advice for working out, but I will say that I did Insanity when I was 2 months post partum and it totally zapped my milk supply. So you will have to eat all your calories,, even your workout calories (well at least I did), and when I was doing that I wasn't losing pounds. It wasn't until I stopped breastfeeding and could eat at a deficit that I lose weight. I'm not saying you can't lose, but you will have to be really careful so you're not messing up your supply.

I know it sucks! I never had supply issues before, but nursing the twins has been completely different! I am trying to eat some extra oatmeal since that is suppose to be good for milk supply
