I don't think so. Her DVD's are mostly endurance type workouts with light weights.

Not specifically heavy weights. I just do the moves with heavy weights. I just ordered her new 90 day revolution. If you want to friend me I can let you know how it is, I start Monday!

I was thinking Chalean Extreme but I like to change things up so I just wasn't sure on the 90 days.

I've never really focused on her form, so I'm not sure about the other comments. But I don't need to be taught form, I focus on my own during the videos.

You may also want to check out Rushfit and Tapout XT, both of those are awesome! It's a good mix of cardio and heavy weights and resistance moves. I did try Chalene Extreme. I have it, but didn't care for it to much. It was really boring to me. That kind of weight training I prefer to do in the gym. It's hard to do at home. I do love Chalene though, and lots of people love it, just wasn't for me.

Go to cathe.com. The instructor is Cathe Friedrich. She is AWESOME! She started out making step videos, but now has some great weightlifting videos. One of my favorites is "Slow and Heavy" She teaches proper form and focuses primarily on heavy weights. You can also view clips of her dvds right there on her website. If you want a good full body workout packed into an hour, then try "Muscle Max." You will need a good set of various dumbells, and a weight bench. She also uses a barbell. It wasn't too much trouble for me to build up a good variety because my husband had most of the equipment already.
