Changing macros with exercise....

Is there a way to stop it from doing this? I changed my macros in the custom area but, it doesn't really help me keep track when my numbers keep changing.

Are you using the MFP method or TDEE? If the former, not really. When you add exercise calories, it sets your macros as fractions of intake, so they're bound to change. If the latter, your exercise is already accounted for in your daily totals, so you don't have to worry about shifting goals based on exercise. If you don't want your goals to change, I recommend using TDEE. The below links will walk you through setting it up.

Yes I was using TDEE so I have my goals set how I wanted them already taking exercise into account!! Thanks so much for the link going to check it out!0

No, there isn't... but if you log your exercise as only burning 1 cal, the change will be insignificant (which is probably what you should be doing if you're basing things on TDEE).0
