Just realized I posted this in the wrong place, oops.

Today was 4 weeks since I started full force working out after having my twins. I'm currently 15 weeks postpartum. I've worked really hard this week with work outs and with eating healthy. I did RI30 as well as a lot of running and some other circuits of weights thrown in. I didn't take a back picture on Day 1, didn't even think about it until I saw all the back pictures here! Would love to hear where you all see improvement. Obviously my belly has flattened out a lot, I'm sure a lot of that is due to the fact it's going back on it's own.....or at least I would think it would be at 3 months postpartum.

Starting weight was 152.6 and I am guessing I've lost about 10lbs total. I decided to weigh every 2 weeks so I didn't weigh this week....but last week I was down 8.2lbs. I am guessing I lost 1-2 lbs this week. I still want to lose at least another 20lbs so I hope next month goes as well as this month :-)

Wow! Your results are fantastic! I am also doing RI30, I begin week 4 on Monday. I so wish I took before and after photos because my body is changing so much...it's brilliant!

Week 4 was my favorite! I might do it an extra week until I can figure out what I'm doing next!
