Oh my, I just logged my supper meal and it looks like I have over 500 calories left. I just may need a second supper or do some serious snacking tonight. ;-)

Supper tonight
Only have about 300 calories to work with so.... 56 g of shell macaroni, 10 shrimp, garlic, 2 cups stirfry frozen vegies with a little soup base & cornstarch for sauce. What is your supper?

Splurged on breakfast today
So today I splurged and cooked a 2 egg mushroom and cheese omelet with a side of buttered Raisin cinnamon toast. Yummy but close to 800 calories. good thing I don't do this as often as I used to. Will be eating light the rest of the day. LOL!

49 days and Results!
Wahoo! I have been logging in here for 49 days straight. That means logging my food, trying to stay within my calorie goal, changing my eating to fit my calorie goal, logging into the forums for encouragement. Todays weigh in? 26 pounds less than my all time high. 16 of it since I restarted in January. I am pumped!

Anyone else having trouble?
I would like to add my supper to my diary but all I am getting is an endless circle saying loading and it just sits there. When I went to check a food in the database it looked all different than this morning. Just wondering what is up. Was anxious to see if I could have dessert tonight or not. :-)

Grocery shopping healthy on a budget
Ok, you have approximately 90 meals and snacks in a month. I have recently seen a couple of complaints that it was impossible to buy healthy on a budget. I would like to see your shopping lists and costs for one person. Is it realistic to do it on $90 a month or less? Go!

One of my hobbies is driving ponies. Just wondering if anyone knows an accurate way to figure out how many calories are burned in the exercise. Depending on the pony I use, it could be mostly walking or it could be a fast trot over the trails. As I sit in the cart, I am constantly shifting to accommodate turns, hills, etc.…
