Day 1

I am back. Didn't gain it all back but I definitely want to continue losing. Sooo I set some high standards for me this time.
Week 1 goals.
Log in daily
Log my food: That means measuring or weighing before I eat.
Walk a mile a day: Neuropathy be damned!
Drink 8 glasses of water. Preferably early in the day.

So how'd I do day 1?

Drink 8 glasses √ Just not early. :-(

Same goals tomorrow.

    great start. your past does not dictate your future. one day at a time as they say, and before you know it, months will have past and you will feel fantabulous!

    Logged in- huge for me. I need to take this first step of dedication
    Logged my food
    Walked just over a mile and a little faster than yesterday. Would like to get back to 2 miles in 30 minutes but I have a long way to get there.
    Drank most of my water earlier but was a couple of glasses short so downed them after my workout.

    I am going to take this one day at a time. The hardest part will be the weekend. :-(

    Day 3
    Doesn't take long to be tempted. Went over my calorie goal by a couple hundred but that donut was calling me. Still, logged it to report the damage. Wasn't able to exercise today either but

    I logged in,
    logged all my food (even the donut and ice cream later in the day)
    Drank the water

    Tomorrow is another day.
