Day 2 Accountability

I made it through day 2. I expect it will get easier. So far, thanks to lots of veggies I do not feel hungry at all. Not ready to start exercising yet so cal intake is set at 1220. Ended the day with a few cal. over. Measuring and recording my food is a whole new ball game for me.
I need to make these daily posts to hold myself accountable. Hope no one minds.
