Good stretches for lower back?
I have really bad lower back pains. I attribute some to my hamstrings being tight. Some to being flat footed and holding my weight all in my heels...but I really need some lower back stretches! I am going to DSG and getting one. I am leaning towards the Polar FT4...but I also have my eye on a Garmin Forerunner. I keep hearing all about Polar ones here...does anyone have any experience with a Garmin? Should I stick with Polar?

I hate exercise...

Exercise Cals
I know that this has been hashed and rehashed...and then hashed again... But I typically DO eat up to half of my exercise cals back. Then I feel so bad for doing it and feel like I totally just wasted my time. What are your thoughts on exercise cals? To eat or not to eat?

Reflux...does it really get better with weight loss?
