Pasta??

2 oz. of ziti pasta = about 3/4 cup cooked....is this right? What about linguini? I can't find a straight answer anywhere online.
Not a huge fan of pasta, but last night I made a baked chicken parmesan from Skinny Taste (YUMMMMMMM). My scale was dirty from weighing my raw chicken before I cooked it and I just was facing a family of starving people so I didn't have time to wash it before they attacked and all ~ so I just measured half a cup of linguini.
How do you measure pasta when the serving size goes by dry ounces most of the time?

This chart should help. Some cookbooks also have this information.

Weighing is convenient but not always practical. The nutritional label on the past will tell you how many servings are in the box. If you make, for example, half the box of linguini that would be 4 servings. Then you would take one fourth of the resulting pasta for a full serving (according to the label).0 -
