What do you do with your spaghetti squash?
I bought a spaghetti squash yesterday, I have used it instead of pasta with spaghetti sauce before (loved it) but other than that have never tried anything else. Do you have any recipe ideas for my dinner tonight??

I DID do a search for this...
But there were a tonne of results from previous forum posts and it was a little confusing. :indifferent: The topic is Macros... I work with a personal trainer 3 times a week doing strength training with mostly free weights and some machines plus some dynamic body weight exercises. I get out for a 30 minute walk 5 times a…

Bodylogix Protein for women - tried it?
Just purchased this protein powder and was wondering if anyone uses it? What are your thoughts? I have never used a protein powder before but my personal trainer has been monitoring my nutrition (I export info from MFP for him) and he is saying my protein needs to increase to at least 120g a day, if not 140g. So I thought…

Strength training only for weight loss?
I meet with my personal trainer 3 times per week (1hr each) for strength training and we do what he refers to as super sets with minimal breaks in between. I find it really exhausting and cannot get motivated to fit in additional cardio...so my question is, is this a realistic way to lose weight, without cardio? Is the…

High protein recipes to share?

His recommendation is around 120 grams per day...I have exhausted the cottage cheese, greek yogurt, turkey burger, turkey bacon, eggs and almonds options. I live alone and I am a wee bit challendged in the kitchen...any…

ARGH - vacation weight!!
So, I have been on MFP for over a year and last year had great success using the online diary combined with working with a trainer. Last fall I lost my father to a heart attack and in 3 months had gained the almost 20lbs I lost all back. I didn't beat myself up about it as it was an emotional time and I needed to cope…

Motivation

Discouraged and needs advice
Hi all. I have been on MFP for awhile, becoming serious about my weight loss near the end of February. Since then I have been able to trim off almost 20 lbs but the majority of that was between end of FEB and middle of MAY. Since that time I have not seen much of a weight loss and just seem to fluctuate around this new…

Is this my plateau??
For the month of May, I have been fluctuating between 186 and 183, without really sticking to a weight for more than a few days. I have been consuming 2.75 - 3 litres of water a day, in a regular week I work out with my personal trainer 4 times, and I log all food in MFP and follow the guidelines that it gives me. Most…

Went shopping yesterday
What a different experience than normal!! First I purchased a cool belt that was grey suede and woven with some studs (size large) and then went into a store to get a blouse that I could wear it over. Tried the blouse on with the belt and I had to put the belt to the last notch. I came out of the change room and another…

Falling off the wagon??
This is my first post (I have responded to a few); I've been a member of MFP for awhile and have been using it diligently since Feb/2010. I have lost 12lbs and have been feeling really good; I also work out with a personal trainer at the gym 3-4 times a week. Recently, in the last 2 weeks, I have had several cheat nights…
