Individual smoked salmon pizza's
These are great for when you're cooking for one. Substitute for your favourite veggies or use sliced ham instead of smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
Small whole wheat weight watchers tortilla - 90 cals
Smoked salmon 3 slices - 130 cals
1/2 cup chopped Yellow bell pepper - 20 cals
2 tbsp chopped red onion - 10 cals
1 sliced mushroom - 2 cals
1 tbsp Classico Basil pesto sauce - 25 cals
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella skim cheese - 80
TOTAL CALS - 357
Directions:
Spread the pesto sauce over the tortilla, then rip up the smoked salmon into pieces and place on tortilla, add chopped veggies, then top with shredded cheese and place into the oven to bake at 250 for 10-15 minutes (cheese needs to be melted to your preference).
