What is your favorite book & why?
My absolute favorite is Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. I like love stories, and Wuthering Heights isn't the traditional 'happily ever after', ' girl finds her prince charming' love story. And it's a classic! The 2009 movie adaptation with Tom Hardy is excellent also. Mainly because he's hot ;P

Really need some motivation!
The past few weeks I haven't been eating very well and haven't been exercising as much as I should be. I've only gained about a pound or two, but I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing I'll gain all my weight back. Anyone got some encouraging words to motivate me? :/

Done Zumba two days in a row
And my arms are sore. I don't get it. I figured if anything would be sore, it would be my legs, hips, or thighs from the squats in it. Nope, my arms are sore. Like, did 200 push-ups sore. Where did you notice fat loss first?
Of course, when you lose fat, you lose it all over...but what part of your body did you notice it first? I think I noticed mine first in my stomach and hip area, followed by chest, arms, and finally my thighs and butt. My boobages haven't gotten much smaller, so I'm quite happy! :flowerforyou:

Lost 1.6 pounds since yesterday...
