I started losing weight a little over a year ago. I started out at 150 pounds (I'm only 4'10), and currently bounce around between 112-115, and have been doing so for several months now, despite regular exercise and a generally healthy diet. My goal weight is around 105, but I can't seem to get there. Could this be a sign that I don't need to lose any more weight?

I wish I had your problem. Your profile picture looks great! I looked at your food diary and it didn't help me to see your problem. I picked random dates and most of the dates I selected you either hadn't logged your food or logged breakfast and sometimes lunch. If you are happy where you are and can maintain the weight, then maintain it. If you seriously want to lose more weight for your height and health, then get serious about logging everything you eat. Are your exercising? (not indicated) Are you staying hydrated? Good luck.

Look at your food diary... Feb 01: 600 kcal, Feb 02: nothing, Feb 03: 1500 kcal, February 4: nothing...

this is not going to work, you need to be more strict with your food logging (there is a mobile app - get it)

and if you have such ups and downs in your calorie intake your body gets confused.

Go for 1400 kcal and see how it goes. and LOG EVERYTHING.

I'm 4'11 and I swear, we're body twins. I started at 148lbs, I was able to get down to 113lbs this time last year, then I gained up to 125lbs during the summer because I stopped logging. I got back down to 115lbs for a wedding last October, but then Hurricane Sandy came and I stopped logging and exercising because my life was in shambles and I gained back up to 127lbs. I didn't start exercising again until January 2013 and now I am slowly losing again, I'm around 123lbs.

For me, portion control and honest logging are KEY. if i stop logging I tend to over eat, I'll say to myself, "Oh, just a piece of this, a bite of that," and next thing I know I've eaten EVERYTHING!! lol

Also be realistic with yourself. Ideally I'd love to get back to 115lbs, then 110lbs, then maybe 105lbs, but I also don't want to stress myself out about it. I currently wear size 5/6 in jeans and anywhere from a small to large shirt, depending on the amount of stretch because I have pretty big boobs. That said, I can sometimes wear kid's clothes :)

You may need to up your calories and your workouts, or try a new type of workout. Or you may just have to accept that not everyone can have tiny stick figure bodies, especially "stumpy" short girls like us! No matter how much i diet or work out, I will NEVER have the long, gangly, slender legs that I want. I'm learning to love my curvy, muscular legs for what they are, instead of hating myself for not having someone else's legs. At least my short stumpy legs function :)
