And my arms are sore. I don't get it. I figured if anything would be sore, it would be my legs, hips, or thighs from the squats in it. Nope, my arms are sore. Like, did 200 push-ups sore. And all you basically do with your arms during Zumba is throw them around to get the full cardio benefit.
Any explanations?

I LOVE Zumba! At first my arms hurt but its all those latin moves and merengue arms, I can't be angry at a workout that leaves me surprised.0

Love Zumba myself. I go 3 days a week and find my legs are the most sore. My arms are sore too however after the class I do weights so I'm not sure if its the weights or the class or a combination. Sorry I couldn't be of help.0
