What does "Net Calorie" report mean?
...just thought about looking at the REPORTS....and I see that my net calories are not what it seems I ate'? I mean...yesterday I ate 1227 calories...and it had my net calories higher than on 15 July..when I ate 1944 calories (which showed a deficit)! Whats that all about?

OMG...just came across this now I am in ASDA! NET CArbs...wth? Just googled polyols...and found out you can deduct them from your CARB count if you are on low carb diet. What are your thoughts??? Can you REALLY just put in the NET CARBS?

Breasts hurt when doing Aerobics and bouncing about!
...I just cant really allow myself to get the full high intensity! I have tried all kinds of bras...and the best one is one that is too small and VERY tight. But when doing moves that require jumping or bouncing....they hurt!!! What does one do? pffff!

Do you Walking to Post office on Exercise?
I make it a point not to take public transportation and walk around. It takes me about 15minutes EACH way to walk to the post office. Would you ADD this to your EXERCISE diary or not? I ask because the calories per day is used if I sat down all day....so walking is more than that right?
