I mean insanity people im not giving up entirely i may cut it down to 3 days a week its way to insane for my joints yes my endurance is getting better but my ankle is jacked up any suggestions should i just scrap it and do p90x tell im in better shape or maybe a hybrid idk some suggestions please

so ive been doing awesome calorie counting and stuff for 3 weeks so far and i had lost 9 pounds and was down to 199 and then today hop on the scale and weigh 202 :noway: after ive been working my *kitten* of with insanity and the gym what the hell :grumble:

its not a big success! but it is what it is :D
first time weighing under 200 since freshman year of highschool i mean its only 10 pounds but it was so hard to do without this site and its1/3 of my short term goal which means i only have 20 pounds tell my short term goal and then i decide if i wanna go lower :)

i just added 20 lbs too my bench press after...
not working out for a week like i was doing 3 sets of 8 at 135 struggling a week ago took a week off and 135 was easy threw 10 more pounds on 145 was easy and did 2 sets of 155 is that normal I heard it takes time to build muscle but i didnt think i would go up 20 pounds in a week weight lifting also was at 135 on decline…

24 hour fitness staff and customer service BLOWS!
