    Go for it, and while you're at it, do it for a good cause and raise awareness and some money for male depression and prostate cancer research. I don't know how wellknown the 'Movember' movement is in the US, but have a look at the link. It's basically the male equivalent of Breast cancer awareness month..

    Im in. I did that for the first month of my weight loss but then my boss *****ed. I told him why I was doing it and he was like oh well you should of told me I wouldn't of cared then. So now is my turn to do it!!!

    Hmm. I'd go for this, but I have a compulsion to trim my beard all of the time for some weird reason. I keep thinking, "Oh, I'm going to grow my beard out" and then a day or two later I'm trimming it down really short again ...

    I'll give it a shot, see how I do with it.

    Also, from a male perspective, I commend the ladies who are opting out of this contest ;)
