DIET FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT?!!?

if i dont find something that works for me soon im gonna get fat haha i have fast food when i dont have time to make food so ive been trying to stick to instant oatmeal in the morning and peanut butter sandwhiches on whole wheat as snacks and lunch during the day and maybe rice and protien shake for dinner but i dont know it gets old fast could someone give me advice im a really hard person to diet because i hate fish lunch meat and eggs

  • Well, from the sounds of it, you should add some fruits and veggies. Do you have access to a fridge and microwave? Buy some salad mix and some premade grilled chicken strips, instant lunch. Eat pb & apple, cucumber & hummus or carrots and ranch for snacks.
