im a college student and thanksgiving is gonna be the first opportunity for me to go and hang out with friends and show off how much i have lost
today i started out slow and couldnt get out of bed and i got up to do my morning dose of insanity and was disappointed because my calves were too sore and was so discouraged and wanted to just give up and so i left for school in a bad mood and insanity weighing on my mind:yawn:
And after thinking and reading a bunch of posts during my passing period i have decided to keep pushing its only the second week but i realize i will get stronger and faster and schmexier the longer i do it i already feel like my clothes are fitting better my belt has gone down two notches and i lost 5 pounds so i mean if i actually finished all 9 weeks or 63 days of it i can only imagine how good of shape id be in compared to now i mean already im getting farther in the warmout than last week i went 10 whole minutes before i had to hop around on one legs going ow ow ow my calves last week i went a minute and had to stop because i couldnt breath thats not the case today
so im gonna drink lots of water eat pop a few motrin and hop right back on the horse
just my two cents

Way to get back into it! I did Insanity too and my calves bothered me a bit too while doing it. But you said it, you will get stronger and faster and you'll notice that your endurance will go throug the roof!!! That's what I loved about Insanity the most! Congrats on your progress so far! Did you hear that there's a new one coming out this winter? That's right, Shaun T is back for more craziness!!! Asylum!!! I can't wait! Keep up the good work and be proud of what you've accomplished!
