All Inclusive Resort
I am leaving sunday for mexico (I know scary right!) :) All inclusive--- My hearts desires. I plan to be active and TRY to make good eating decisions but I know its probably not going to be real awesome when I check the scale when I get home. What I had for Dinner/lunch/snack/breakfast Today
For dinner tonight I made: A piece of frozen cod, sprinkled with dill baked in a parchment paper bag with a bag of broccoli and sprinkled with lemon juice. I also made a half cup of dilled brown rice. It was fantastic! My fiancee even liked it!
