I am leaving sunday for mexico (I know scary right!) :)
All inclusive--- My hearts desires. I plan to be active and TRY to make good eating decisions but I know its probably not going to be real awesome when I check the scale when I get home.

Anyone have any pointers, tips, comments or otherwise advice!?!?

I would just stay really active - swim, water sports, walking on the beach, etc. And have fun!! Try to eat healthy for 2 of your meals, and save the splurging for one.

There are alot of food choices at the resorts, so it should be ok to make good ones....there are alot of bad ones to make as well, however sometimes they tend to be badly made "american food".

But your going on vacation and all inclusive is soooo much fun so enjoy and don't worry too much! Usually they have a fitness centre and you'll likely do alot of walking if you plan on going off resort into town. Also plenty of opportunity to swim and walk/run on the beach. Alot of them have fitness classes and aquafit! Nothing like doing aquafit after alot of rounds at the bar LOL!
