Unless you've added muscle to you glutes by squating, lunges etc?0
-
Why is this a problem lol?? I hate that I'm losing my booty ! We are never happy lol0
-
OH how I feel the same frustration. Don't know if it's from lifting or if I'm actually just gaining my weight back in just that area.
May the battle continue! :ohwell:1 -
I'd LOVE to have that problem.0
-
OMG... this is not a problem! Count your blessings! Flat butts are so OUT.0
-
I want to know your work out cause I want mine to GROW :laugh:0
-
What are your old & new measurements? Could there be a silver lining if your new proportions make your waist look even SMALLER than it has already become? I'd be OK with that.0

Totally normal. Glutes / hamstrings are getting strong. Wait until your shirts don't fit because of broad shoulders. :laugh:0 -
Another reason I really need to start lifting heavy.Totally normal. Glutes / hamstrings are getting strong. Wait until your shirts don't fit because of broad shoulders.
That, I don't need. I'm already built broad across the shoulders.0 -
Story of my life.0

makes sense. your butt is probably being reshaped higher and tighter.
are you doing squats and deadlifts? ive been doing those as well and my normally low pancake booty is turning into a high wanna be badakadonk
i wouldnt worry about it. in the end (no pun intended) it'll en up making your body look more balanced if you keep up the upper body work and start developing a shapely back and shoulders0 -
are you little in the middle bur you got much back? That, my dear lady, is awesome!0
-
Your butt is full of muscle. Guessing as you're doing heavy weights, that muscle is swollen and re-shaping gradually to adapt to your exercise.
And since when was a bigger butt a bad thing?!0 -
As a white girl with a pancake butt, I don't see a problem with this. I have the opposite problem.0
-
Is this a joke? What is the problem??0

I checked my measurements last week...and the same thing is happening to me lol I'm not complaining though b/c it's not affecting the scale!0

Sounds like great results to me!0

I have always had a bigger butt. I have began toning it up and its not getting bigger... but with my waist trimming down it looks bigger.
And I ♥ my booty0 -
i don't know about your waist and butt, but that ankle in you pics looks nasty!!!0

I've definitely got booty. I've noticed when I work out old school (lunges, bicycles etc.) my butt will often be bigger (by the measuring tape) because those muscles are lifting it up. If I keep going, it'll shrink down from weight loss and tightening muscles.
But, bigger and lifted is way better than smaller and heading south. ;o)0 -
Is this a joke? What is the problem??
This.
But really your butt will start to shrink again as you keep losing. And it will stay nice and round and high while shrinking if you keep lifting.0 -
I must say i am jealous. i only wish my butt would get bigger. So far no luck!0
-
As some others have mentioned, if You are doing Squats and dead lifts in your workout routine, that's bound to happen lol0
-
As a male, it "appears" that "other things" appear "larger" while it's just that the surrounding things have gotten a little smalller. Perhaps the same thing applies in this case. But (no pun intended) in any case, it is an ASSet (pun intended).0

Normal. This has happened to me, I love it! Only thing I'm annoyed about is finding decent jeans to fit me.0

Look for ones that specifically say "curvy" fit. They are usually more forgiving in the hips/butt area and smaller in the waist. I found a brand called Airya that I LOOOOVE!0 -
This happened to me, and I love it. My butt deflated as a lost weight. Strength training lifted it and turned back the clock.
It does make shopping in the juniors' department a little more difficult, since they're cut straighter in the hips, but I can't see being curvier as a bad thing.0 -
do kettle bell exercises to lift your butt0
