GOTCHA! Well sort of, it is actually me. Thought it was kinda interesting.


So this is my body now after amost 2 years of work! All the bright white stuff on the edges is FAT! Belly and back are my worst complaints! I can only Imagine how bad this would have looked 2 years ago! 0A1CC778-1-1.jpg

    That is cool... and I see your point.... I wish that I could have one of these done on me!!

    ... but think about the junk in the trunk as something females always have :wink: not really an excuse but a reality that should be considered.

    I would more be asking BF%, BMI doesn't mean anything if you have any muscle at all.

    My bmi is 25. My body fat %... I dont know ive only gone by the ones where you plug in your measurements so there's no telling how accurate they are... Ive gotten 29 with one and 25% with another.
