Eating at odd hours of the day
Hi Guys, I usually only get 4-5 hours a sleep at night (life of a law student) and that means I'm eating at 4am or 5am everyday which is well before my breakfast time. Does anyone have any good snack ideas that can keep me going and is low calorie?

Recovery after massive cheat...anyone???
Hi guys, I'm a massive chocolate lover. I ate a entire block of cadbury black forest chocolate. I haven't cheated on my diet in 2 weeks (1500 calories a day + 300calories burnt off on most days). I feel really sick. Can someone please tell me how to recover after a massive cheat like this? Do I have to fast the next day?

Guilt
I feel incredibly guilty for eating the calories that I do. My goal is 1200 but I workout which gives me extra 299 calories and I use that and eat just over 1300 so i still have some calories remaining but I feel so guilty. Is this normal? I'm 47kilos and I'm trying to get to 45kg
