Hi Guys
So I eat about 600 calories in the morning. I have a feeling that this is too much. How much is the normal amount of calorie consumption for breakfast? (My calorie limit is 1200 on MFP)

I consume 900-1200 calories for my first meal.0

Eating heavy in the morning helps control your cortisol levels for the day. (You're doing it right)0

It's only high if consuming so many calories in the morning is leaving your stomach empty by the time you reach dinner and you are exceeding your 1200 cal limit for the day. If you are, decrease your breakfast intake and make sure you have lots of protein in the morning (eggs, steel cut oats, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, etc). Protein helps keep you full until your mid-morning snack or lunch.0

Eat whenever you want, however much you want for each meal, it doesn't make a difference. You could eat all 1200 calories for breakfast if you wanted to, it's whatever you prefer.0

I eat around 500 or so for breakfast usually. I need the fuel to get my day going.0
