Skinny Fat

Hi

I'm 47kg. I do cardio for 40mins a day, weights on my legs for 10-15min and nike training plus 15min workout on target areas. I do this at least 4 -5 times a week, but I'm still skinny fat. I hate it. I have been doing this for over 2 months now and seeing no change.
what am I doing wrong?

    Diary is closed, but I would suggest adding a serious weight-training routine (check out the New Rules of Lifting for Women), making sure you're getting plenty of protein, and staying at a moderate caloric deficit. Cardio is great for the heart and mood, but it's not so good for the body recomposition.

    Your diary is not open so this is a general answer - you probably need to lift heavier! Only way to gain muscle is to increase the amount of weight you lift and how often you lift it.

    eat more protein as well.
