Greek Yogurt

Hi I think I eat too much greek yogurt
yesterday I bought a whole tub 907g and today its all gone. I think I'm addicted. Can this hinder my diet?

    you didn't say what the product was - the 10% full fat variety would give you over 800 calories so you wouldn't be eating a whole lot else.

    im also addicted to greek yoghurt (chobani 0%fat) approx 100cals per serve .

    so i have stopped buying the large 900gram tubs & started buying the smaller individual tubs of 170grams. it worse out "slightly" more expensive, however It helps me stay in control

    It will only hinder your results if you're eating more that your maitinamce calories. If you are in caloric deficit, you're good to go. I've been buying the 2cup big tubs of plain Greek yogurt and putting a small amount of peanut butter or local organic honey in it.

    You'd be hard pressed of find another food other than lean meat with such a good nutrient profile. Off the top of my head, for 2 cups of chobani plain o fat yogurt is 44g protein, 14g carbs and 240 calories all with NO prep work!

    EDIT: I just realized you said you ate the 6cup tub of Greek, now that's just plain hard to justify LOL
