Hi Guys
I'm 19 years old. Current weight 110 pounds. Body fat percentage 15%. I'm trying to get lean and I eat around 1500 calories per day. I do high intensity cardio workouts 3 times a week and the nike fitness app (some strength training) with 3-6kg dumbbells. I'm thinking about going on protein shakes but I'm unsure whether or not I need it. I can't get to 100g protein per day with my diet. I'm unsure about how much protein I need daily to get lean and whether or not protein shakes is suitable for a girl with a diet and workout scheme such as mine.
Thank you so much

The above will help you figure out how much protein you should be getting. As for protein powder, it's just food. If you have trouble reaching protein goals, it can be a good option. If you can reach your protein goals without it, it has no other benefit.0 -
As a female, 15% bodyfat is already very lean.
Any lower and you will be in the 'essential bodyfat' range which is INCREDIBLY difficult to maintain. Most body builders and models do not keep to a body fat % in the range you are aiming for all year.
Any lower than %10 bf for women is dangerous
Are you just trying to get to low body fat% for an event or something?0
