This is going to make me sound so horrible, but...
I hate it when women are like, "I'm just curvy/thick/etc." :huh: No, you're obese. And then there are the ones that say things like, "Only real women have curves." How rude! :noway: /end of rant.

Of course I'm not even halfway to my goal yet... But this is the very first day that I can remember feeling so proud of my body and how I looked! Definitely not going to start strutting my stuff in a bikini any time soon, but I still feel victorious. ;)

Jillian Michaels VS Shaun T?
In my opinion, I would vote for Shaun. I don't feel ready to try Insanity yet, but I did just try his Rockin' Body DVD and I had so much more fun than I have with Jillian's. He's so energetic, he glowed positivity lol. I got just as good of a burn and wasn't nearly as bored as I was with 30 Day Shred. What do you think?

Should I feel guilty?
Every once in a while I skip a planned workout to catch up on sleep or school work. And it always feels like I'm failing when I do this. I'm sure it seems like a stupid little thing to worry about, but I can't help it, haha. I always seem to be beating myself over something. :explode:

Others doing the 30 Day Shred?
Yes, another 30 DS board... I started it today to "trick my body." ;) I was wondering if those of you that do it pair it with other workouts as well? For working full time at Burger King and still managing to stay on track and lose weight... Even if I occasionally slip and splurge on our evil nuggets. ;) I also managed to fight my soda addiction (we get free soda all day, every day) and am now down to one diet can a day. Which, I know is still bad, but is SO MUCH better…
