For working full time at Burger King and still managing to stay on track and lose weight... Even if I occasionally slip and splurge on our evil nuggets.
I also managed to fight my soda addiction (we get free soda all day, every day) and am now down to one diet can a day. Which, I know is still bad, but is SO MUCH better than what I used to drink.
*pat, pat* . . . I am entitled to brag every once in a while, haha.
And a round of applause to all you others who stay on track at work!

Well I will give you congrats too! My first job was at Chick-fil-a. I would always get nuggets and fries or something from the food court. Then I went with no sodas and had chicken soup and grilled filets. It so improved my health. Keep bringing food or eating the salads and grilled meats if they have it. Good job!0

I do applaud you for being able to limit the sodas! I was addicted to McDonald's sweet tea and cokes. I would go thru the drive thru EVERY morning for my large $0.99 cent soda. I can only imagine if I worked there and could have it free all day, I don't know if I would have been able to kick the habit.
Good work!0 -
Nice! Soda is super hard to kick when you get it for free!0

High five, applause, and kudos! I can't even restrain myself from refilling my soda cup when leaving the restaurant.0

I second you bragging on yourself!!
I am so with the poster that can't resist the free refills. If I got free sodas all day my blood would fizz.0 -
