Around a week before my TOM I am always feeling hungry and crave like crazy. I also end up having a binge or two that week...
Tonight was almost one of those nights. But instead of distancing myself from the food I was eating to avoid feeling guilty, I really thought about it, and how this binge could really mess up what has been a great week for me so far.
I'm just so shocked I actually stopped eating! I stopped before I even hit my daily limit.
Maybe I really can control my PMS binges.

    Awesome job doll!! I'm in the same place as you right now, my TOM is soon and I am STARVING but tonight I added a late night snack so I wouldnt mess my day up! Go us!
