Hi :) I want to exercise at home as I don't have a lot of time with work. I would just find it easier to work out at home for now. Does anyone know any good DVDs or youtube videos. I want to in time do strength training but I think I may need to do cardio first as I want to lose about 2 stone. Thanks

Endomorph and macronutrients
I was reading somewhere that if your body type is more of a endomorphoc which I am. Then you macros should be around 10-20% carbs, 40% fat and rest protein. But not sure why the fat has got to be higher for fat loss?? Can someone clear this up please as I wouldnt want to put on anymore weight?

Yoga - extended triangle pose and extended side angle pose
Hi :) I'm new to yoga and have been practising the extended triangle pose and extended side angle pose. My torso keeps pushing out when doing the pose. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong. I can't seem to get it straight? Thanks

Abs on fire workout
Found this workout which I tried today which is a beast. Would put the picture up but not sure how to. 3 sets, 20 reps each, 60 second rest inbetween sets. 1) windshield wipers 2) long arm crunches 3) reverse crunches 4) cycling Russian twists 5) heel touches 6) modified V-sits Give it a go :)

Hips making cracking noises
When I was doing leg raises earlier. Every time I was lifting my legs up my hips were making cracking noises. Does anyone know why? I was find them rather difficult I have to say.
