Started the 5x5 programme not wed gone but the one before. Have worked out in gym whether it's the 5x5 or cardio every day bar sat and sun. Yest made me own little cardio routine. Baring in mind I never used to work out atall. Just feel absolutely wiped out. Was fine before. But just haven't got the energy for gym. Feeling so guilty for having a break from it. But then I can just work out sat I guess if I feel better.

Anyone else had days like this?

Yup, right before I hurt my back. I wasn't eating or resting enough and I was pushing too hard on the lifting. YMMV... but if I were as exhausted as you seem to be, I wouldn't feel guilty at all for taking another rest day.

Had a bad day today and have eaten well either. Wasn't feeling great on weekend and didn't eat a lot. But some days think I been eating great. Eating within the 1,800 but I was going to lower it cos I thought it may be to much.

But yeah I may be pushing to hard and not eating right. I'm absolutely exhausted.

1800 net is 1800 plus eating back exercise calories, 1800 gross is just eating 1800 regardless of exercsie calories.

Thank you I will check that out now. Well I weighed on the scales in work last week it said 74kgs. Whilst I been weighing at home on rubbish scales they have been saying 71kg which I don't tend to go to.
Now on my home ones (the rubbish scales) it's saying 68kgs. Wow.
When I'm in work next I'll check out the scales to see what they say.

A good rule of thumb is if your still looking forward to your workouts then you're resting enough/ eating enough etc..
If you really can't be bothered training then it's an indication you're burning out.

Make sure you eat back your exercise calories to get to this number, you need the fuel to be able to keep going, the tiredness could be overtraining and just doing a bit ttoo much or it could be that you're not getting enough fuel for the level of exercise that you're doing.

Ah I thought in order to loose the weight you shouldn't eat cals back. But saying that a lot of it is weight training.
