Made up my own routine at gym earlier

Hey :)

Made up a little routine at gym earlier dying now.

- 6 mins bike (warm up)
- start of 30 day plank challenge - day 1 - 20 seconds
- Jump rope 30 seconds
- 30 knee crunches, 30 cross crunches (15 each side),
- 6 mins bike
- 20 leg raises, 20 cycling cross crunches,
- 30 donkey kicks (15 each side), 20 heel touches,
- 20 sec plank
- 30 lunges
- 50 jumping jacks
- 30 squats
- 50 jumping jacks
- 20 sumo squats
- 3 sets of 12 reps - pull downs - level 4
- 3x12 leg curls level 2
- 3x12 leg extensions level 2
