Adding calories BEFORE the workout?
I'm an instructor, and I don't teach my last class until 7:30 at night. This sometimes messes with me, as I'll burn a lot at the end of the night and end up with a lot of calories left over. Would it be bad to add and average of what I burn, earlier in the day, and then adjust it after class? Just so I have a better idea…

Best carb/protein/fat ratio
I was wondering what the ideal ratio was. I know I want carbs to be the lowest. I've tried to cut them back...I'll still eat carbs...have to...but want them lower on the totem pole. What do you guys do?
