Health Gains but no visible weight loss
I've gone from a mostly sedentary lifestyle doing almost no exercise to minimum 3x 1hour challenging gym sessions with a PT per week as well as some cycling. I've gained in cardiovascular fitness and strength, BUT I've lost neither weight not inches. Getting a bit disheartened...I've been at it about 5 months now!

Callanetics and Power Plate
I've started doing both Power Plate (3x-6x a week) and Callanetics classes (about 1x a week) but I can't find any details how many kcal I burn doing them! I've been logging them both under yoga in my diary as it's the closest - but even then it's not that close at all! Anyone know?
