Little changes

I've decided to make little changes throughout the day to get me back on track with this losing weight malarky...
1. I've started doing wall pressups every time I go to the loo at work (about 20 niw, working up to more soon). I may start doing this at home as well, although maybe problematic as the only free wall has a towel rail on it!
2. I am going to start doing the Callanetics arm exercises whenever I remember, so probably in the loo again at work
3. I am going to make sure I drink at least 2 full water bottles of water before I leave work every day. My bottle holds about 3 glasses
4. I am going to walk one bus stop further away from the closest one to my house to catch the bus in the morning (I even did this today and it was pelting with rain!)
5. I will go for a walk with boyfriend + puppy at least once a day (unless it's raining in which case I will be curled up in the flat cackling at them from a distance). It is not a long walk, just around the park for pup to pee and poo, but it's still getting *some* exercise
6. I will go for a walk at least once a week. Even if it's just walking home from work
7. I will have at least 1 totally meat-free day a week (easier to manage than my previous attempt to go vegan during the day)
8. I will NOT eat the crusts from ready-made sandwiches and pizzas (not that I have that many of either anyway). I don't like the crusts but I usually eat them anyways...as my dad always says, fill up on he expensive stuff (and leave the noodles and bread rolls for the buffet amateurs)
That's all I can think of right now off the top of my head. If anyone can think of any more please add!! :-)

I really like your thinking and dedication!
I have a pull-up bar permanently up so each time I go past it I do 10 pull ups (which means I do around 60 to 70 a day).
I never take the lift at work.
During some advert breaks I try to lift some weights. It all adds up
That is pretty much what I do and I like it because I am randomly doing weights which keeps my body burning calories.0 -
Oops - that was embarassing! I turned my security pass around so it was on my back instead of my front 9the plastic hits the wall when I do a pressup, so sligtly annoying) and forgot to turn it back when I left the loo...ran into a woman who works in my area, who gave me an odd look and told me my pass was on backwards...0

That's nothing... I was walking around with tissue stuck to my shoe after a visit to the loo0

I love these ideas, they're great!!! It's encouraging to see that you're just doing little things but they all add up.0

Those are such great ideas!!! I may "steal" some of them for myself If I did 15-20 wall push ups every time I went to the bathroom it would mean I would do so many every day with how much water I drink!! But I would love that because push ups are my weakness. Thanks again!0
