Ugh and oops!

I bought a toasted sandwich in my work's canteen this morning - sure, it had cheese and ham in it, but I thought I could splurge since I did 30 min kettlebells with a personal trainer, 1 hour pilates class and a 1 hour Callanetics class last night.

Well it wasn't until I peered at the crust 2 bites from finishing I realised the blasted thing wasn't grilled or toasted, it was bloody fried! I can't tell if it was deep fried or not, but BLEURGH!!!

I've logged it as a croque monsieur, but I'm not sure how to calculate the nutritional values...

Damnit!

    Work cafes or canteens are the worst :( I stay away from them even if the food is cheaper there than going to a subway etc. Or I try and bring my own (doesn't always happen!)
    Don't worry, we all have days where we eat more than what we thought, just get back on track the rest of today :D

    Yeah don't sweat it too much - it was a mistake you made once, and I'm sure you wont' make it again!
