When did you feel it get easier?
Note the easier, not easy, as I'm sure like me (or at least hope!) in a typical week, temptations and treats and craves pop up occasionally and you just have to pass it. So when did you feel it get easier in your weight loss journey? Was it at a particular date/weight loss? Just curious!

Does setting weekly/monthly short-term goals help?
I was just wondering as some people say to do it to keep focus, but others say don't as it can put you off if you don't reach it. I obviously have a goal weight to reach by summer, but I was wondering if setting small goal weights e.g. I want to be xxx by end of March helps/works from your experience? Thanks!

I find it hard to eat 1300+ ?
Ok, so i know you have to eat over 1200 etc and work out your bmr (with a 500 deficient its about 1750) but I struggle to eat enough calories. For example for breakfast I will eat 200-400, for lunch 300ish and dinner maybe 400 or something, so even the days where I eat a lot I eat around 1100, usually around the 1000 band…

I have quite a narrow waist, so most of my weight is on my bottom half, especially my thighs/calves.
