I got 90kg deadlift today :)
First time doing 1 rep max on the deadlift today. Managed to get to 90 kg on it. Can't even imagine lifting more than that! Yikes! My friend squeezed out a couple more lifts up to 102 kg . It was a great session.

Today is a great day! Ha! I'm sad I know but today I finally got about 8 double under's. I started CrossFit nearly 3 weeks ago and couldn't get even 1 double under. I look like I've been beaten up!
My bruising is awful. I have neat bruising on both shoulders and collar bone. I also have bruising on my thighs and shins!
