I've been mixing lifting with cardio for a while now but want to follow a program instead of just aimlessly lifting. Anyone following a program ?

It really depends on your goals but as for some good programs for strength/hypertrophy I'd list:
Starting Strength
Stronglifts
ICF 5x5
All-Pros
And there's also New Rules of Lifting for Women which is a book you can get on Amazon.
Now that being said it really depends on what your goals are. The above will require you to learn how to perform squats/deads/presses correctly, and that's something that does take practice but it's also rewarding and those lifts get a lot of bang for the buck, so to speak.0 -
Thanks
Well ive lost most of my weight and now just want to firm everything up. Need to improve my form too . I will check those programs out .
