Help! Gps app vs trail mile markers - which is more accurate?
I went for a trail run today. Edomondo logged it as 2.55 miles, but according to the trail mile markers, it was only 2 miles. That's a HUGE difference. Is Edomondo accurate? Anyone know? I never dropped the gps signal during the run.

GAH! I went to bed last night without looking at my fitbit....
and logged 18,994 steps! I missed 19k by SIX steps! Who else gets 'irritated' by this stuff? =)

dumb it down for me....water weight
I know that people generally lose a large amount the first week or two... and that it's water weight. But why is there extra stored water? Is it because of food choices? Quantity? Something else?

After 4 large babies, and too much excess weight, I have alot of excess skin on my stomach. I've been wearing a cheap compression tank from Wal-Mart while I run to help hold everything steady. It took me 9 minutes to log breakfast! 1 whole egg, 2 whites, 1/8c shred cheese, turkey, slice toast and butter. I have a recipe that calls for an entire jar of hot giardinera, drained (its packed in oil). If I take the calorie count from the entire jar, minus the calories) of the drained oil (by weight), will that be accurate?

Why do my feet fall asleep during cardio?
